Welcome to the Carolina Singles Hiking & Adventure Club web site! We hope you will visit often to check out our quarterly newsletter of club events and happenings in the Greenville and Spartanburg area.
If you live in the Upsate, we hope you will plan to participate in our weekly get togethers. There’s something for everyone!

Plan “B”: If a restaurant has closed, or if Main Street Jazz is called off, meet at Corner Pocket on Coffee Street, one block off Main. .

Hike Rating Codes: (S) Strenuous (M) Moderate (E) Easy

The McDonald’s where we meet to carpool for hikes is located at University Square (Old Buncombe Rd. off Poinsett Hwy.) near Furman. Park in the main parking lot of the Square directly across from McDonald’s drive thru window.

Hikers: Stay with your group on the trail. If weather is “iffy” confirm the hike with the leader. Dogs are not allowed on the hikes, unless it is specified as a “doggy hike”. Wear proper footwear. Carry water. If you are allergic to bee stings, carry a bee sting kit with you.
Hike Leaders: Pre-hike the trail, appoint a sweep and do a headcount before and after the hike.
Carpoolers: Offer the driver a donation for gas on out of town hikes and adventures.
Smokers: Please leave the table to smoke.
