Greenville Music & Art Adventures this Summer:
Artists’ Studios in the West End/Riverwalk area have open house the first Friday of every month from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Stroll through either before or after jazz/happy hour to see and buy interesting art works. For a complete list of activities visit www.artisphere.us.
Rhythm on the River: Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in the Peace Center’s Dow Amphitheatre. Admission is $5 - $10. Call 467-9777 for band listing.
Downtown Alive: Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the Hyatt Regency Plaza deck.
Music by the Lake at Furman University: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday evenings through August in the Furman Amphitheater.
Music in the Woods at Paris Mountain State Park: Saturday evenings through August at Paris Mountain State Park. Call 244-5565 for more information.

The first and third Saturday of each month, a bus leaves at 9:00 a.m. for Harrah’s in Cherokee. Call Shay (320-6011) to reserve a seat. The bus meets in back of Wal-Mart’s parking lot on White horse Rd. Cost is $10 for the bus ride and you get a $10 gift certificate when you arrive.
